I'm sure you're good with numbers.

You're just not good with people.

Well, everyone is a person and you are no better with me than I am with you.

The most basic question is good vs evil. What is it, how is it defined.

What is your definition of "evil"?

Well then, OK. Let's say a later year. Let's say 1944. If you and I had been 30-year-old Germans in 1944, we might have thought that exterminating the Jews was a good idea and not "evil". If you and I had lived in ancient Hebrew times, we might have believed it was morally sound to kill homosexuals.

Whatever. Suit yourself on this point. I could easily have been a Nazi if I had been a German in the 1940s and I could easily have hated Jews and believed it was morally sound to dispossess them or even murder them. I think it could have been the case for you too, but if not, so be it.

If you and I had lived in ancient Hebrew times, we probably would have believed it was morally sound to kill homosexuals, that Levicitus was divinely inspired, and that homosexuals were "evil". Do we agree on that?

The question is, if you were to time travel back to the old testament times, would you believe the killing of homosexuals is evil.

Of course.

Actual Christians would not.

Interestingly, you are utterly and conspicuously incapable of defining a Christian, and yet here you are chuntering on about "actual Christians". It's amusing.

Travelling back in time from 2020 is not going to turn me into a fan of the darkness and savagery if those times.

I defined a Christian, you are too blind to see it.
