I watched the first 20 minutes or so and freely admit he is a very accomplished speaker and actually very likable. A lot of these Christian youtube 'lectures' (to be perfectly frank) are irrational, bias and poorly argued. That is not the case with him.
I'll watch the other half tomorrow (following on from the rediscovery of God through science) and give you an overview of my thoughts.

I trust Duke to keep his word, and I believe him to be a sincere person that does
from time to time joke around. This I find refreshing and him someone I love to
both agree and disagree with.

You do tend to swing dramatically back and forth here.
I have to admit you come up with some very insightful things I had not thought of.
You also drive me nuts when you repeat issues that you have been given answers
for repeatedly.
I have to remind myself sometimes that common knowledge isn't common and
sometime it isn't real knowledge. So we all can do that, today it all makes sense
and tomorrow I don't want to get out of bed, because the sky is falling, the sky is
falling. 🙂

He is consistent as far as I'm concern here. There are more than a few that don't
mind poking others in the eyes so to speak at the drop of a hat, I don't call him one
of them. I'm done defending him now, I've already said more nice things about
Duke then I allow myself to say about any one person for the month. 🙂

Just finished watching the rest of your link and I agree it got better. Was skeptical of course about his return of the God hypothesis but found the observation interesting regarding the genetic code and the 'information' contained within a molecule (as it is indeed a problem for anyone to explain the origin of this information). I like also how he linked this to Hubble and him convincing Einstein of the expanding universe and the necessity of 'a beginning.'
His use of the balloon was amusing, as was his use of the British everything would have gone 'pear-shaped' (without a finer tuner to keep everything working).

In that forum, I told you clearly I did 'not' think it was okay to mock someone's dead anything. I also told you how naive you were to bring personal info into that forum, where non-clan members are 'always' given a hard time.
You were even more unwise to stumble in there after drinking too much.

I didn't reveal my Mom's death in that forum. You just poorly assumed that.
You think Clan members don't read other forums?
