So what's the big deal about love?
He created the universe, everything in it, and holds it all together by the power of
His Word.

The Bible says that nothing can separate the saved from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus.
Nothing present, nothing in the future, nothing so high, nothing so low, no power, no creature and no created thing and nothing in all creation will be able to separate the saved from the eternal divine love of God in Jesus Christ.

Inseparable LOVE of God in Christ -

Right here:

"For I am persuaded that neither death nor life nor angels nor principalities nor things present nor things to come nor powers nor height nor depth nor any other creature will be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 8:38,39)

It's one of the holy trinity:

1. Love
2. Chocolate
3. Coffee

Not exactly. Chocolate is an antidote to loss of love, especially in ice cream form.

It is either true or not and has to be taken on faith, no different than any other
story, theory, or anything else that is related to the distant past and our beginning.

Beliefs founded on faith are subjective. And there's nothing wrong with that. Love is another wholly subjective thing.
