It's a requirement, so don't feel alone. Many others here are only able to hold themselves together by repeating the same mantra.

By the way, on one episode of the odd couple (the original tv series) Oscar teaches Felix a mantra, and encourages him to repeat it over and over again. It goes something like this:

Owa...
Tajure...
Kiam...

Believe it or not this really works, and continual repetition of this mantra will soon lead you to unimaginable enlightenment...
