When is abortion okay?
Rape victim? Saving the mother's life?

I thought you meant you accepted that your OP had been fuzzy and that you needed to define "okay". So it still needs to be more specific.

Define "accepted". Legally. Culturally. Religiously. Morally. In terms of "sin"? In terms of supernatural things? And "accepted" by whom or what exactly?
