@kellyjay saidNice try, KellyJay. All you and I are doing is sharing our perspectives on the topics.
One thing you could do is stop telling me about you, and talking about me and
just focus on the topics.
And when I do, you either ignore what I say or you go into a defensive crouch.
Here you are, yet AGAIN, prattling on about how I am "denying" something or "ignoring" something, when it is YOU who is pretending to not to know what my perspectives are and it is you who refuses to "just focus on the topics".
@kellyjay saidDon't run away, KellyJay. What exactly am I "denying"? What am I "ignoring"?
Your last response carried the same meaningfulness to it, too; you say it is an
opinion, duh. The facts cannot have any meaning if you ignore them, proclaiming
some when it is convenient and denying others for the same reason.
@fmf said"Evidence and rationale somethings you accept as good for knowledge, others you disregard as opinions or simply an accretion. You are not consistent, you make truth claims and deny others because they are opinions as if your claims are to be acceptable while others not."

Repeating myself doesn't seem to work with you, but here it goes. Responding by
telling me about you or talking about me avoids the content of why things are
believed.
-Removed-It has been my focus! Talking about each other turns into personality disputes,
and who cares who walks away from that winning or losing? If we were to discuss
why do we believe what we do without the personal ranker? It would remove all
personal attacks and focus on the causes. Stepping into you only say that because
you are a this or that is not addressing the topics; it again is only going after the
person, not the topic.
-Removed-You still don't get it!
As soon as we state anything, as soon as we voice anything as an opinion or an
assertion, we have brought out something to be put under consideration; we speak,
we reveal by revelation those things within us that we are pondering; it isn't the
pondering that matters. It is the thing we are pondering! If you cannot or more
than likely will not separate the two by making them one topic you will never see
or be able to do what I'm talking about, and I can only imagine by design. It is
easy to ignore the inconvenient if all you have to do is dislike someone or like
yourself better because their points are always tied to them and therefore are
not worthy of consideration, keep them bound up as one thing, disliking either
the point or the person, any topic can be dismissed.

You are not being denied. It is perfectly acceptable for you to be expressing your opinions. You are doing it. I am doing it. I am entirely consistent. When you don't share my perspective, you are not "denying" me; When I don't share your perspective, I am not "denying" you.
@fmf saidAs I said.

@kellyjay saidWhy do you keep ignoring my stances and the content of what I post and/or pretend not to understand it... and then instead make all these evasive personal remarks? Are you still pretending that you think I am a "theist" and that I am changing my beliefs "all the time"?

You are a piece of work! You claim I "ignore" your beliefs. You claim I "deny" your beliefs. You claim I have "dismissed [your] beliefs out of hand" or "without thought". All of which is blatantly untrue.
And then when I explain that I am not ignoring, dismissing, or denying your beliefs because I MYSELF had the same beliefs as you for almost three decades, THEN you complain that I am talking about myself! You really are a piece of work, KellyJay.
