It seems by saying this you unfurl your true flag as an unbeliever in the Son of God.

I took you for granted as perhaps a evangelical who does not believe in eternal suffering punishment. Such do exist.

But by this last crack it seems perhaps your true colors are showing. The whole Gospel you consider poppycock? Am I wrong about you ?

Are you wrong about anything?

In life I have of course discovered that I was wrong about many things.

Let's not chit chat one liners. Give me your substantive comment.
Right now I am interested if you really think the second coming of Christ is as comparableto Aslan the Lion entertainment.

Were you serious ?
If you were it might explain something I have been wondering about.

Then admit you are wrong about the rapture before the tribulation. 😏

Finally, Jesus throughout his ministry fought against a literal interpretation of Scripture. (It has been said to them of old.......but I say unto you...)

His worst antagonists where always the literalists!

Why did Jesus say of the Old Testament "And Scripture cannot be broken." ? See John 10:35 .

If He downplayed literal interpretation why He say that?

English Standard Version
If he called them gods to whom the word of God came—and Scripture cannot be broken—

New American Standard Bible
"If he called them gods, to whom the word of God came (and the Scripture cannot be broken),

King James Bible
If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;

This better be good.

Huh?

Listen, if you are going to debunk me just give me a straight forward debunking. That will help me.

This is too convoluted and subtle.

When Jesus "descended into hell", that was the end of hell!

He "set the captives free" and "led captivity captive".

No more hell.

And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

(Revelation 20:14 KJV)

Are you suggesting the second death has already occurred?

I guess it takes all kinds to make a world. Do you have any other verses in scripture that you believe supports your idea that the Second Death in the Lake of Fire and Brimstone has already occurred?
