I'm gonna sound like a J-Dub here but I hate the Holiday and not so much for the
religious aspect which is indeed pagan but it's just stupid to send your kids out to get candy from complete strangers these days. I'm smart enough to dismiss the pagan aspect of it however. There are many who do alternative parties or festivals or harvest celebrations. I think if your a Christian and your thankful and praising and thanking God then you can have fun on the 31st

PS: There are some who will vehemently oppose what I said but oh well

There are 10 types of people in the world: those who understand binary, and those who don't.

Harmless Satanic fun. Give a kid a gold star and everyone smiles. Draw the same star upside down, and they panic.

Right side up it represents man, upside down it represents a goat's head. Bad Juju Bwana.

That's why the good lord likes Israel - you can't turn their star upside-down.

Why play with mice or guinea pigs when you can take your kids to McDonalds?

I have worked with one self proclaimed 'warlock' and two self proclaimed 'witches'. They have all told me that Halloween is their Holiday for worshipping 'their god, Satan' .

So I don't think it matters how I as a Christian view Halloween as your post asks, but more importantly how the worshippers of Satan view it.

My family does not partake in Halloween.
