@FMF
And ?
And ?

And I know you're just being fueled and loving it.
And I know you're just getting your fix here by my arguing with you.

And?
And?
And what a waste of time.

What about the content of my replies?

I am replying to what you are saying.

I could list a fifty people who I have not spoken to in ten years who could vouch for that fact that I was a genuine Christian.
So what if you could list fifty people who you have not spoken to in ten years who could vouch for that fact that you were a genuine Christian? How is it relevant to what we are talking about?

Expected push back:

"Oh, so you are a successful Christian? Bring out the hot chains, space aliens and torture forks guys."

I wouldn't call it a "fix" but the ways in which your religiosity affects your behaviour and demeanour are certainly interesting.

@FMF

I doubt that you could give us the email of two people who knew you during your Christian period who, not being cynics like yourself, would vouch for your love for Christ.

I doubt that you would be willing even to place up here a Statement of Faith of the Christians you supposedly met with.

Let's try it out.

From 1974 to 1978 I met with "the church in New York". Here is their statement of faith.

http://www.churchinnyc.org/belief.html

Go back to your days as a Christian and recall who you met with for an extended period of time and place up here their Statement of Faith or Review of Beliefs.

Shouldn't be too hard.
Or will you dismiss this with some choice excuses?

You are actually asking to make contact with people I know and have known in the past?

You are asking me to contact people who know me and ask them to do something for you? You want them to make 'statements' for you?

I agree that seeking their permission is cumbersome. So I gave you a reasonable alternative - their statement of faith.

I don't expect a response on this.
You've already dodged it.

I had NO PROBLEM linking you to the place where my formative years as a Christian were spent and their Beliefs.

The church in New York City - Our Beliefs

You've been challenged to do the same uncumbersome reference. What did they believe where you spent your " I was a Christian " days ? Then we can see what YOU believed at that time or get a general idea.

But I don't expect you to reciprocate.

Let's see if FMF can at least point us to where he had Christian fellowship.

If he shrinks back in reluctance that will be ... how does he put it? ... "interesting".

I am not going ask people I know to do anything for you or to have any interaction whatsoever with you. You've turned into a cul-de-sac with this.
