Read again MATTHEW 25:31-44. GOD judges all fairly. HE does love The believer more than the unbeliever. Those going to everlasting damnation, are going there because of the Love, that GOD has for the Believers.

I’ve read these verses again and nowhere does Jesus say that he loves the wicked less than the righteous. The only thing that Jesus says here is that the wicked will be punished for their sin, while the righteous will be forgiven.
A parent may punish one child but not the other. This does not mean that the parent loves one more than the other.
