And Divegeester,

You have delusions of your own ability to quickly straighten it all out with your Modalistic pseudo Arian denial of the eternal Son.

I'll give you that the two words "eternal Son" we may not see in the Bible.

We do see "Eternal Father" (Isa. 9:6).
We do see "eternal Spirit" (Heb. 9:11)

What about the Son ?
You explain how the Son of God can have a perpetual priesthood and not be eternal.

[Melchizedek] " Being without father, without mother, without genealogy; HAVING NEITHER BEGINNING OF DAYS NOR END OF LIFE, but likened to the Son of God, abides a priest PERPETUALLY." (See Hebrews 7:3)

The Son has to be eternal with no beginning of days ( not counting His incarnation as a man) and no end of life but a perpetual priesthood. There has to be then the "eternal Son".

As you can tell from sonships feverish posting in this thread, he clearly feels disturbed by my OP ...

Let me know when I am suppose to be "disturbed."

I'm so "disturbed" that I voluntarily submitted info on four local churches WITH their statements, I have had happy fellowship with for over some accumulated 40 years. I posted days ago:

Here are the websites of four congregations I have met with for an accumulated over 40 years from 1974. Usually Statements of Faith and Testimonies can be examined.

Divegeester seems ashamed (or extremely reluctant) to admit where he has congregated.

And his personal Statement of beliefs has some biblical problems which he seems unable to address.

Does it disturb you to learn that I find Dive a far more credible Christian than you?

Why are your posts so often void of humility? - How have you managed to dissect humility from the Christian faith?!

I’m perfectly happy to tell you were I’ve “congrated” previously; would you like to know?

Are you referring to this sentence, where I properly spelled "congregated"?

Divegeester seems ashamed (or extremely reluctant) to admit where he has congregated.

No.
I might expect an atheist to be closer to an Arian Modalist than an orthodox Christian. I mean to try to reduce Jesus Christ of some of His divinity.

Now instead of playing some vain game of one-upsman-ship why don't YOU step in for him and explain -

Why he cannot see the eternality of the Son of God in the Bible?
I am just really interested in the revelation of God in the Bible.

Do you understand his failure to notice that the Son of God HAS To be eternal as the Father (Isa. 9:6) or the Spirit (Heb 9:11) .

I'll give heed to proper humilty.

NOW, in the meantime. why not step in for Divegeester with whom you are so impressed. Can you help him out about the eternal Son ?

Just give some attention to that. That's constructive and contributory. How come he can't notice that the Son of God must be the eternal Son ?

Please provide seven biblically supported reasons why humility is not important to you?

Sure. Reciprocate. I listed four assembies. They all have websites talking about what they believe.

If you're not hiding anything, reciprocate. Surely those groups had websites by now.

No?

PS I spelled congregated correctly, didn't I ?

I didn't say it wasn't important to me or not called for in the Bible.

I simply said I would give attention to it in my behavior.
I'll give heed to proper humilty.

I don't seem to be able to get Divegeester to explain about his failure to see the eternal Son. Do you want to help him out?

I mean you are more impressed with his testimony. So are you impressed with its accuracy - that the Son of God is not eternal ?

Ghost, help DIvegeester out. He may be ashamed to ask for help.

Help him on the eternal Son in the Bible - Yes or No ?

Sure ok. I have previously “congregated” at churches which at the time were associated with the following denominations:

Elim
Assemblies of God
Baptist
And various independent gatherings.

Where are you going to go with that now?

Shhhhh. Maybe no one will notice. I gave you specific links with addresses and Statements of Faith.

You didn't reciprocate YET. You answered in generalities which make it easier for you to escape examination.

You know? The kind of examination YOU conduct in pasting in some paragraphs to try to taunt me. Maybe nobody will notice? Huh?

I got down to practical SPECIFICS -
