What is could imply about the trinity when God said, 'us' and 'our'. And if you do know that people who believe in the trinity believe that God is one, why do you keep saying it as if it disproves the trinity?

If it doesn't we are agreed. It seemed for a while you thought it did.

Thinking that quoting "God is ONE" disproves the trinity.

But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him. (1 Corinthians 8:6 KJV)

One God, the Father [all things are of God and in God]
AND
One Lord Jesus. [all things by him]

Two distinct and separate entities.
One in purpose, but
God is greater and above Jesus

Actually, the phrase "God is one" only appears about 9 or 10 times. Not hundreds.

Try reading 1 John 5:7
For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

Three distinct persons in one.

You are mistaken. "Paganism" gets the THREE from the scriptures. It's the devil's work of counterfeiting the Godhead.

Further reading of the Bible will show you that the Holy Spirit is a person just like the Father and the Son.

Unambiguously? That would mean a statement like : The father and I are one and the same entity. I am God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit ie one God. All 3 are equal. None is greater than the other

However you find Jesus in addition to saying that he is ONE with the Father, also says that He is ONE with the disciples .. so there you have a problem. Are the Disciples = Jesus?

Jesus says clearly and unambiguously that his Father IS GREATER. ... that is what you call unambiguous.

The statement "When you have seen me, you have seen the Father is again not unambiguous. Unambiguous would be not using a different name Father to describe God.

Like Paul said .. One God AND One Jesus Christ. end of story.

Everything that your church disagrees with is the work of the Devil apparently. But you preach a doctrine which states that sin and unrighteousness will enter the Kingdom of God, contrary to everything in the Bible. But that is not of the Devil. How can one be so blind.

Sorry Joe:

“The trinity got its start in Ancient Babylon with Nimrod - Tammuz - and Semiramis. Semiramis demanded worship for both her husband and her son as well as herself. She claimed that her son, was both the father and the son. Yes, he was “god the father” and “god the son” - The first divine incomprehensible trinity.” — (The Two Babylons, Alexander Hislop, p. 51)

Of course he is the sender AND the ne sent, because he is ONE, not THREE. Your arguments are waffle and straw.

You call that a rebuttal ?
It was a milk toast feeble knocking down of a strawman of your own erecting.

The point of referring to Zechariah 2:8-11 was not to enumerate three Persons. It was to show more than one in a very mysterious way.

We do not need to be able to explain God's nature. We do need to believe and receive and enjoy God.

That is only slightly more impressive than saying the Trinity had its beginnings in the story of the three little pigs.
