Hilarious! There is something similar in the United States - you have to go to Nevada to visit a brothel legally.

i think it would be wrong to not give the kid a choice, and to deceive him/her into thinking that it is 100% the correct belief. they should let the kid know that it may or may not be the right religion, and that it is possible that all religions are wrong.

I will be going to civilization on Tuesday and will get a copy. I look forward to a fascinating learning experience.
Seriously, it is a very good book. It will be a great addition to your ministerial library. For example, in the chapter on Consolation, he gives various examples of non-theistic, evidentiary sorts of consolation to comfort terminally ill patients, that you don't need to believe in heaven in order to have good reasons not to fear death.

How much percentage of the book do you agree with?

That's exactly what it is and the reason it is done.

The kid has no ability to make a choice. You just teach him what is right and what is wrong according to you belive, and teach him how to think. And when he/she be able to make the decition he/she will do it.

Well, it says that it is true, so it must be!

How much percentage of the Koran do you agree with?

🙂

Good point,

I didn't ask is it true or false,

I asked you do you agree with it or not.

I agree with Quran 100% , but that doesn't mean it should be true for you, I claim it is true, and we can discuss that. But this has nothing to do with my agreement with it.

It is the same with that book, you could agree with it 100% but that doen't mean it is true.

Note: What do you mean by true?

At least one of us is very confused.

Why would I, how could I, and what would it mean for me to agree with something that I think is false?

That you think the Koran is true has nothing to do with your agreement with it? I simply can't understand this. Can you give an example of something you agree with that you think is false?

I'm not claiming that agreeing with something imparts truth unto it.
