I don't mind losing to a better opponent. The losses that bother me are the ones where i have thrown away a winning position.

It happens, I used to get annoyed too but I am resolved to the fact that as a human being aberration is inevitable and its thereof illogic and irrational to beat oneself up over mistakes that could have been avoided.
