Who do you pray to, the Father the Son or the Holy Spirit?
So the Apostle Paul prayed to the Lord Jesus (2 Cor. 12:8)
"Concerning this I entreated the Lord three times ..."
And Paul bowed his knees and prayed to the Father (Eph. 3:14)
"For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father... that He would grant you..."
"Would you have taunted Paul in a jolly manner that you chide Christians here for believing in the triune God?
Which One did Paul pray to that was not God ?
Oh thank you so much for faux Qi intellectual explanation.
Hilarious.
Paul says the Christ is in us. (Rom. 8:10)
Paul says that Christ is at the right hand of God interceding for us.(Rom. 8:34)
Is the Christ who is indwelling the believers God? (Rom. 8:10)
Is the One to whom Christ intercedes on the believer's behalf God? (Rom. 8:34)
Are both God ?
If not then which One is not God ?
In the same chapter the Holy Spirit also intercedes for the believers. (Rom. 8:26)
Is the Spirit Who intercedes not God ?
Is the One to whom the Spirit intercedes TO not God?
Which One is not God -
the interceding and indwelling Spirit?
the interceding and indwelling Christ who is also at the right hand of God?
the Father to whom the Spirit and the Son both interceded?
Which One of the three is not God?
Is this the first time that I have told you that you twist passages in the bible?
Have I not identified many many passages that you twist?
No.
I did not ask which passages do you disagree on the interpretation given. TWISTING is dishonestly spinning a verse to say something other than what it says.
You said I TWISTED verses..
And you will not and probably CANNOT specify any verse that I TWISTED in a devious way.
So don't come across as if you have done the job. You haven't.
When you show the common decency to actually read my post and respond to the content therein I MAY do the same. Otherwise I’m really not interested in wading through your waves of html laden regurgitated dogma.
Oh thank you so much for faux Qi intellectual explanation.
Hilarious.
While you are mouthing off about "common decency" you can consider belittling others who attempt to explain the nature of God in this discussion forum.
The New Testament itself speaks of "Christ, the mystery of God". What is mysterious is understandably difficult to explain.
Ie. "Oh its is so hilarious" attitude makes you look immature.
We speak not in order to fully define God. But we speak in order not to remain completely silent about God.
So your "decency" concern could include the "hilarious" reaction discussing the Trinity.
Here, watch my lips...
They
Are
The
Same
Person
Read my keyboard.
The Bible also says "Us" in speaking of this God.
The Bible also says "We" in speaking of this God.
The plural pronoun refers to God and to more than one ___________. We may borrow "persons" perhaps because of the limitation of human language.
But while you think it is Oh So Obviously Simple it is beyond normal human expectation that one "Person" should consist of the Son interceding to the Father. It is beyond typical human expectation that one "Person" should consist of the Holy Spirit Who intercedes to God for the saints.
So read my lips - God is three-one.
And if you respond by implying that you are rolling across the floor because what I say is SO HILARIOUS, your amusement is mis-aimed.
This is what the Bible reveals.
