Of course. It is what Paul said over and over.
Saved Chrsitians who continue with a life of sin and evil
    will be destroyed ...
they will not inherit the Kingdom of God.
    They will be cast out.
    They will be burned

    Got it?

Then they’re obviously not saved, correct? Then how are they different from others who are destroyed?

Have you considered that “destroyed” may refer only to life in the flesh and not to salvation or the afterlife?

More insults? Is that how you follow Christ?

Believers who have God’s Holy Spirit indwelling them are saved. Period.

“Christians” and “not saved” is an oxymoron. If you’re a Christian, you’re saved. If you’re not a Christian, you’re not saved.

You complicate matters by trying to make sense of your false doctrines and false beliefs.

For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, [CHRISTIAN SAINTS]
and have tasted of the heavenly gift, [SAVED]
and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,
And have tasted the good word of God,
and the powers of the world to come, [THEY HAVE IT ALL]
If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; [THEY LIVE A LIFE OF SIN]
seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh,
and put him to an open shame. [NO FORGIVENESS]
For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it,
and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed,
receiveth blessing from God: [RIGHTEOUS CHRISTIANS WILL BE BLESSED]
But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected,
and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned. [EVIL CHRISTIAN SAINTS WILL BE DESTROYED]
    (Hebrews 6:4-8 KJV)

If those verses said what you claim they said, you wouldn’t need to put your spin on them in brackets.

“Once enlightened” does not mean Christian saints because one does not become a Christian by being “enlightened.”

“And have tasted of the heavenly gift” does not mean saved because one can be intellectually aware of God’s gift of salvation and not believe in Jesus Christ and His Resurrection in his or her heart.

No idea where you get “they have it all,” when they obviously don’t.

Where is the evidence that “they” in the phrase “If they shall fall away” refers to saved Christians (I repeat myself.) One can intellectually accept and understand Christianity and repent of sins without accepting Christ into his or her heart.

The rest of your bracketed commentary is based on the same misinterpretation as your earlier bracketed commentary.

The Christian brother who was committing sexual lewdness with his stepmother was an example of what Paul was talking about.

"It is actually reported that there is fornication among you, and such fornication that does not even occur among the Gentiles, that someone has his stepmother." (1 Cor. 5:1)

Paul charges that the Christian brother be disciplined, quarantined from fellowship, put away from the local church, and delivered to Satan for the destruction of the flesh.

"In the name of our Lord Jesus, when you and my spirit have been assembled with the power of our Lord Jesus, To deliver such a one to Satan for the destruction of the flesh,

that his spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord." (v.5)

This is probably the closest thing in this epistle to demonstrate what Paul was speaking about.

" ... but he himself will be saved, yet so as through fire." (3:15b)

"If anyone destroys the temple of God, God will destroy him, for the temple of God is holy, and such are you." (3:17)

" ...to deliver such a one to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that his spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord." (v.5:5b)

Of course normally, God would have the whole being of the believer sanctified in His salvation for Christ's coming.

" And the God of peace Himself sanctify you WHOLLY, and may your spirit and soul and body be preserved COMPLETE, without blame, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ." (1 Thess. 5:23)

Thats it right there : Christ died so that Christians can sin all they want and still get eternal life.. When I say that that is your doctrine you say Im a liar and that you never say it. But its right there in your words.

A man lives a life of sin, he is forever forgiven according to you. Not according to Christ and the Apostles. That man will face the judgment of Chrsit and can face destruction and damnation

So someone who caves into temptation and sleeps with his stepmother is sinning all he wants and living a life of sin? You’re really an all or nothing guy.

Given how many times you bear false witness against other posters on here, we could just as easily say you’re living a life of sin and sinning all you want.

It just takes one sin to get that label from you, isn’t that so, Mr. Perfect?

This person was a Christian brother among the other Christian brothers and sisters in the church which was at Corinth.

The Apostle is not teaching that THIS is the way to behave as a Christian. Quite the contrary. He is scolding them for not dealing with the situation.

"It is actually reported that there is fornication among you, and such fornication ... And you are puffed up? And have not rather MOURNED ... (v.1a,2a)

The appropriate response of the congregation was to MOURN at the pitiful situation. It certainly was not to BOAST of how liberal and inclusive they were. They were told they should rather REMOVE the brother.

"Sorry brother. But we do not think you should attend these gatherings any more as long as you are in this life style. You need to repent. We cannot tolerate that the sinning you are carrying on may spread as a contagious desease. Some of the younger brothers and sisters may be affected.

Please do not come to any more of our gatherings as long as you persist in this sinful state."

He is to be turned over to Satan for the destruction of the old man, ie. the flesh - yet Paul expects that his innermost being, his spirit will be saved at the day of Christ's coming for him.

That is what Paul said. Is it not?
"To deliver such a one to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, THAT ... his spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord." (v.5)

The unbeliever will undergo the destruction of all three parts of his being - spirit and soul and body in the lake of fire.

This subnormal, ABNORMAL believer is in danger of severe discipline. Yet it is short of eternal damnation.
