There is no evidence that the male and female sex organs for all animals, including mankind, have undergone any fixes from the time of the original creation. So there is no evolution to be seen there. Just accept it and believe unto salvation.

The "speculation" in question is built on evidence. You said there were no evidence. The link (be it an hypothesis) demonstrate that you're wrong about that. There may not be sufficient evidence to rule out all other possible hypotheses, but there's enough to know our scrotums have evolved through various fixes.
