How do you define evil? Any law will negatively prohibit some from doing something they want, so there will always be some on one side and others on the other. What is evil? If we call anything evil, does it matter? There should be an underlining definition that we can point to; if not, your questions should read, do you like the idea of these any law being banned or enforced since nothing else can be said outside of I think this is an idea approved of or not.

By the time we get done nobody will be happy, and everyone will be divided. Of course I could just give a reason for why I think the hot button issues listed should or shouldn't be banned, but I don't have all day to justify my answers to satisfy your endless questions.
