Is your question about atheists I’ve encountered on the Internet or the behavior of atheists I’ve encountered on the Internet? Because I’ve been talking about the latter.

I love how you falsely label my posts as “banter” and run away when your argument’s been busted. Do you do that with everyone or are we going steady?

When I say "pissing in the pool", I am referring to things like you dismissing posters in this community as "haters" or "God haters" without substantiating it. It's like poisoning the well. Me asking you about your use of the word "despicable" is not "pissing in the pool".
All of that - and more - constitutes “pissing in the pool” in my book.
And you’re the Grand Whizzer in this forum.

Mine is about deflecting dissent by attributing 'hatred' to unnamed people, presumaby to make oneself feel righteous in terms of one's motivations and behaviour, and in order to poison the atmosphere in which the community conducts its affairs: 'Oh there are haters among us ~ ssh ~ I'm not going to say who. Just let the stinky accusation hang there in the air'.
Your usage of "pissing in the pool" is about me trying to engage you when I think you are dodging and deflecting.
Originally posted by @romans1009Do you have any idea how this kind of banter makes you look?
Ooooh, “compunction.” Let me run for a dictionary. Mr. Brainiac broke out his thesaurus again
Originally posted by @fmfThere you go, misrepresenting what another poster said again. I gave a very clear definition of how I was using the phrase and it wasn’t at all what you wrote.

Maybe an unfair impression about you is being created because of your fatigue and what appears to be your general feeling of disinhibition? Just a ha'penny's worth or two.
I can’t remember which post I wrote that in reaction to and I’m not interested enough to look through previous pages to find out
