they played extremely well...and thoroughly deserved their win.

For those that refuse to believe Spain are candidates, this goal:

Just can't get enough of watching that one, great goal. I didn't see this game but judging by the stats the swiss got very lucky.
Amazing.

Watching Chile vs. Spain game next week. Based on what I've seen, it should be a decent game, as both may well be playing for a spot i the last 16.
Should be a great game.

How much was the price difference? The atmosphere in the Brazil-Portugal game could be much better, though. Brazilians always have an amazing massive support and with so many Portuguese in South Africa it should be packed with non-neutrals.

Oh. The tickets are the same price, it's just that the 600km between myself and the stadium was the problem.
Flights and accommodation are quite expensive now, because of the high demand, so it was just a little too expensive just to see some greasy Potugaysos kicking a ball around 😉

The CHI/ESP game is only an 80km drive, plus we can sleep over at friends'...

It's those crappy Dutch TV sets, I guess? I think they also distort the imagery to make you believe the games are better than they are!

Great game so far, Argentina going forward is a beauty to watch. But the defense... They'll miss Samuel a lot, if the hamstring injury is confirmed.
