ANyway, I apologize for the delay in starting the tournament. I have sent the list in twice, once through Site Feedback and once to Russ himself. I guess he's just very busy right now.

You're the only one who has offered up any preference to the time control. If anyone else wants something besides 3/7, please speak up so we can discuss it before Russ creates the tournament.
