If we agree on that, then we probably also agree that maintaining the status quo is not entirely satisfactory.
I see two ways forward: 1) attempt to rectify the situation by instituting a level playing field. Or 2) drop the pretense of rankings and just let clans play whomever they wish to without any rankings.
