Im sure everyone here has experienced being behind someone in the checkout line with buggy loaded down with frivolous things that a working person cant afford, then out in parking lot seeing them loading up their escalade or bmw

Sounds like there is a load of scammers using this SNAP facility. They need to prove they are working or qualify and then they are on the system, no checks and verification therafter for 2 years or so. Plus the more children they have the more they receive. Lots of reports of women with 4 kids, no marriage, living off this system and not working. So its a good income earner .. child support from 4 different fathers, SNAP [probably about $2000], and staying at home. Its an attractive lifestyle for some low ambition people, mostly women and the poor kids they have to care for.
