Mr. Yamaguchi was on a business trip to Hiroshima on August the 6th 1945.
Not the best of days to be on a business trip in Hiroshima. He got nuked.

He survived that one as well.

Mr. Yamaguchi died on 4th of January 2010.

In 1986, he travelled to visit his aunt at Chernobyl.
