Is this based on a man believing he’s a woman, not actually born one? Are only men that have surgery to make them look like an actual woman a woman. Let just have baseball, men, women, confused all on the same team, football, basketball, tennis, all sports.

Not with the "birth defects" Mott is talking about. Having XY chromosomes and a vagina, ovaries and uterus doesn't qualify as a "disability" for the Special Olympics.
