@AverageJoe1 saidOf course I said no such thing, but you lying about my positions and claiming I didn't answer a question I obviously did is SOP for you.
He has to say that anyone can enter. ( He mentions 1)rules2)qualified3)anti discrimination 4)blacks, which are quite irrelevant, are they not. My question is wide open.)
This is why I say that the competition could simply be at a park swimming pool, where children would not consider those parameters.
The bigger picture is that if he says anyone can enter, which he ...[text shortened]... that anyone can join anything no matter any qualifications.
Why didn’t he say that 4 months ago?
I said follow the rules.

@no1marauder saidSo the rule is, no men in women’s sports per executive order from Trump. Thx for clearing that up

@wildgrass saidYou dont understand the life cycle do you?
That's the Texas law not me. You don't seem capable of explaining why they define gender that way.
@Mott-The-Hoople saidExecutive Orders don't create law.
So the rule is, no men’s in women’s sports per executive order from Trump. Thx for clearing that up
@Mott-The-Hoople saidAnd you provide armchair comments. The sitcom writes itself.
You answer a question that wasnt asked
@no1marauder saidbut they do create rules, which is what you said.
Executive Orders don't create law.
@Mott-The-Hoople saidRules for the Federal government Executive Department, not for athletic events like Joe's pool competition.
but they do create rules, which is what you said.
@no1marauder said😂 does joes pool competition receive fed dollars?
Rules for the Federal government Executive Department, not for athletic events like Joe's pool competition.
@Mott-The-Hoople saidEven if it did, the most the Feds could do is withdraw their funding probably triggering a law suit.
😂 does joes pool competition receive fed dollars?
@no1marauder saidso you are backing off from follow the rules?
Even if it did, the most the Feds could do is withdraw their funding probably triggering a law suit.
@Mott-The-Hoople saidNope, those are the rules. The President can't unilaterally impose rules on every athletic competition in the country by Executive fiat. California law permitted Hernandez to compete in their recent high school track and field championships and Trump's ranting, albeit in an Executive Order, couldn't prevent it.
so you are backing off from follow the rules?
@Mott-The-Hoople saidNo, it just PROVES what kind of affliction YOU have.
Kinda makes you wonder what kind of affliction marauder has doesnt it?
Starting with ZERO empathy for fellow citizens and forget about foreigners, you don't care if they live or die, preferably die.
