@AThousandYoung saidWell, the Jews have a problem doing that in the video age. I mean - they WANT to, but it's hard to do on camera. π
Sure, once enough Arab Palestinians have been wiped out and enough Jews have been imported so as to maintain Jewish control of the territory.
EDIT - Since we're using Hawaii as a model...
Poor Hawaiians, they were wiped out before TikTok. Although I think a lot of them died of smallpox which was "an Act of God," right? π
@spruce112358 saidLiberals don't agree on that. In any case you're avoiding the question and deflecting to what you think "the majority" think.
What's wrong? If liberals AND Trump all agree that, in the case of Palestinian "illegal immigrants", they have to go back to "their country" then it is unanimous. π
I don't see a problem. Make it so.
If you go by what Trump believes is Arabs' country he's likely to have them deported to Jordan, Egypt or Saudi Arabia.
@spruce112358 saidThat is your criteria for justice? Whether or not there is video evidence of the crime?

@AThousandYoung saidOK, you don't like my little rhetorical device of "Trump-if-he-were-consistent." Noted. π

@AThousandYoung saidOf course not. I said Jews WANT to do that but CAN'T*. So that's a good thing. π

It should never have been done to either group.
* Although they are getting bolder and closer to genocide/ethnic cleansing.
@spruce112358 saidI’m not a Trump supporter so the comment was off topic and irrelevant.

@beardmusic saidThis is the usual end to these conversations. People blame the British and the UN without understanding and without the ability explain why they do that.. they just are blindly on the side of the Arabs.
@Rajk999
I've been as clear as possible (despite my ramblings) there's nothing useful to be gained from continuing this - going round in circles. All I can suggest is that you at least try to be consistent in your indignation, then maybe there is some hope.
Just to be clear you failed to explain :
- Who or what was imperialistic about the situation in 1947 ?
- What the British / UN should have done instead.
Simple questions which result from your claim about colonial powers / imperialism.
@spruce112358 saidNice story. Now, this: ” and divided the apple in half and gave half to the Jew.
Once upon a time, an Arab had an apple. But a Jew wanted the apple. So he went to the UN and said, “it is unfair, and I am very emotional about this.”
So the UN said, “Gosh! We don’t want any trouble,” and divided the apple in half and gave half to the Jew. But the Arab said “This is some bullscat! No!”
So the Jew said, “you don’t want your half? Ok, we’ll take tha ...[text shortened]... e problem with humans is that most are fundamentally unable to understand the concept of justice. π
The UN division plan was non-binding, as the UN does not have the power to steal land. But Euro-Jews do?
The whole thing was a ____show long before '67
@Rajk999
Last attempt.
In words you might understand - some people lived on some land - people with guns and power come along and say with little consultation and consideration - this now belongs to someone else (usually those with the guns and power), we will take what we want/ need and there is little you can do about it. This is not about 'taking sides' but observing a process.
This is imperialism.
@beardmusic saidConcisely put. π

Arabs, Jews, Chinese, Spanish lived in the land of Palestine under several Empires, the last two were Ottoman and British. The Arabs and the Jews made up the majority but they were unable to get along, so the British partitioned the land.
Your story is historically nonsense. Try speaking the truth.
