@kevin-eleven saidWe would collectively be left with a broken tiller in our collective hands.
I'm new at this, but I believe that together we can all grab the tiller of this benighted planet and set it on a better course toward a lovelier and more beneficial horizon.
@kevin-eleven saidThat can only be done if people are willing to change their minds when confronted with new information.

And can we require that a President not lie straight to his citizens, like Biden did yesterday, saying there is no recession,,,,,,when there is?
@kevin-eleven saidWhy do we need to do this, Kevin? Has something happened in the last 18 months which needs a, ahem, correction? What's wrong?

@kevcvs57 saidYou ijit, it is people that have values. It doesn't matter if the planet is iced up, a dust bowl or in permanent darkness if there's no one to value it. You can't remove man from the question.
If you guys learn to read you’ll notice he was talking about the planet not your emotionally scarred dark little corner of the world.
No point in birds flitting around and whales frolicking if you can't eat, have no shelter, no warmth in winter or aircon in summer, no clothes, no towns, no cities no hospitals for when you're sick.
What makes the planet better is what makes life for man on the planet better. I'm very grateful that 200 hundred years ago the forest was cut down and a small town sprung up here in the South Waikato.
What would make the planet better? More power stations, more energy, more water plants for the millions still struggling. And personally, more Maseratis
