There’s absolutely nothing xenophobic about stating the British parliament is run by an English government.

It was the English who voted for English politicians in an English government.

Who in the executive (government ministers) is non-tory? No one. They’re all tories. And next to nobody but the English voted for them.

So it’s an English government making decisions.
