The point is, just as many moslims beat their wives as Christians do.
The texts from their respective scrolls reflect the times and cultures they were written in.

I never heard jokes about women being stoned, neither have I heard or any stoning and killing of people except in Islam. Do you have a link where I can read of Jews for example stoning women?
