I don’t know what this means. And the issue is that first amendment says you can scream and wave signs, but read closely, it also says don’t impede the progress of govt officials doing jobs ….in this case, keeping the peace.

Of course drug cartels need to be eradicated everywhere using all legal means. And of course people shouldn't be atrgeted because of their skin colour or accent, but only becuase they can be reasonably be found out as members.

So speaking logically, if a person walks from a nice garden area, 50 feet into the face of an ICE officer who means business, ….stay with me here, Marauder,..,, she assumes a risk of becoming hurt.
Rationally thinking, we can conclude that she was begging for it, if you would like to use another word. What other reason wouldthere be for her to confront an officer? I would love to see an answer on that one..
