In the end, it makes no sense to make such a big deal out of plastic
surgery. It is a very useful procedure when it comes to restoring breasts
and other parts of a body after accidents, cancer operations and the
like. Women see the majority of men drooling over a particular kind
of breasts all the time. Now, the weak-minded amongst those female
individuals may think that having such breasts will increase their
popularity (as if that is something to actually strive for). And therein lies
the real problem. Not the plastic surgery in itself. Most of the time you
can't even tell if it's "fake" or "real" breasts nowadays. When you see a
pair of breasts that looks a little too amazing (firm, big and pointing in
the "right" directions) and you automatically draw the conclusion they
must be breast implants you may in fact be looking at real breasts. Now,
wouldn't that just be a hoot? A pair of breasts that you probably
would have liked, now gives you a slight nausea because you "think" you
know they are representing that woman's poor self-confidence. Oh, the
irony.

Yup, implants feel funky to the tact. I don't like. Either small jugs
or huge breasts, but natural all the way. Plus I've heard is unhealthy

Am I the only guy here who finds a girl with breast implants quite un-attractive? In most cases when I see a good looking girl before breast implants she looks quite allot more attractive to me than after.

It's not a question of someone telling someone else what they can or cannot do with their body. It's a question of whether or not what someone does to their body is done out of neccessity or vanity.

Implants are done mostly because they want guys to pay attention to them and to compete (or at least measure up) with other girls. It's a vanity thing.
Could you imagine guys doing this to their biceps? They'd be a laughingstock.
