@no1marauder saidthe question is...is this statement true? are democrat policies helping the citizens?
Suggesting that if this country becomes "less white" it will "collapse" isn't racist?
where are all these successful black countries?
@Nanomaster saidBlack pilots receive the same training and have to meet the same rigorous requirements as any other pilots before they are allowed to fly passenger planes. An educated man would know this so Kirk was either ignorant or pandering to racist stereotypes.
That is, the quotation we are talking about is not racist even in the descriptive sense of the term "racist".
There is, however, a philosophical problem. Due to the "anti-racists", that problem is almost impossible to discuss.
The problem is the following. IF some race or nation happens to have a low average IQ, and IF some jobs are risky, many lives depend on the decisions made, then one's right to have a job contradicts the others' right to stay alive.
His other comments indicate the latter.

Yes or no.
@no1marauder saidDoes this mean the scores are the same, experience, or possibly attributes in a certain individual along with grades, instead of color. This is a type of racism, hiring by color, do you agree? Also post the complete video of Kirk saying the country will be worse off with less whites, I’ve never seen anything like this and I’ve seen a fair amount of his videos. I can see the country being worse off with more illegal immigration and not knowing who is coming into the country in this day and age with some kind of answer but not twisted like here.

More importantly, there's a pilot shortage and there has been one for awhile. There is not a single white male in the entire country who wants a job as a pilot, is qualified, but was skipped over because of DEI. It's an entirely false premise to begin with.
@mike69 saidWe can go wider too. It's not just Charlie Kirk, and it's not just the pilots, the white house has suggested that airline safety in general is compromised because of DEI. Another completely false premise.

I dare you to read this Mike.

@wildgrass saidCommon sense tells us hiring over color and ratios instead of merit doesn’t strengthen us or make something better, it stops us from being the best and most efficient we can be.

@wildgrass saidOne of many examples only, and sue had used it in an untrue quote of his like what is flooding the internet right now.

@wildgrass saidDo you want a pilot or surgeon who barely passed to be qualified or the the best in case of an emergency?
"boy I hope he's qualified" was the quote, even though all pilots are qualified.
@mike69 saidThe quotes are given on page 1 with their source and date. In the "immigration" section, he's also quoted as suggesting we stop ALL immigration and endorsing white nationalist "replacement theory" at least as it pertains to rural white areas of the US. I rarely view YouTube videos and don't believe they are useful sources for a Debate Forum.

@wildgrass saidGo on, please explain this logic. So you are saying don’t hire the top 10% in candidates in whatever, you will get better quality if you hire in the 70 or 80 % of candidates to meet a certain color of people in your operation?
Common sense built on a false premise is nonsense.
@wildgrass saidNo it’s not !
This is a false premise of DEI. So, your question in context is nonsense.
