As I understood it, Charlie Kirk expressed his hope that the standards are not lowered for such a responsible job as being a pilot of a passenger plane.

Starting at 1;30 the trooper explains the ticket, asks him if he wants to go in front of the judge or just pay the fine, he answers he wants to pay the fine, says this is his first ticket and seems able to understand everything the trooper says.
