As I understood it, Charlie Kirk expressed his hope that the standards are not lowered for such a responsible job as being a pilot of a passenger plane.
Black pilots receive the same training and have to meet the same rigorous requirements as any other pilots before they are allowed to fly passenger planes. An educated man would know this so Kirk was either ignorant or pandering to racist stereotypes.
His other comments indicate the latter.
It seems to me that you are outright ignoring and denying what was said before your comment. You are ascribing to the others such things that they have not said, and you are ignoring what was actually said.

So what did you disagree with. Was he polite and respectful, not the evil hate filled person you suggest? Did he incite any violence at all, was he deserving of what happened to him at 31, a wife, and two small children? His offense was thinking differently and propaganda put out by the leftist propaganda kings, even spread here.

As a side note. If a genuine attempt at reconstruction and reparation post civil war America had occurred, if Jim Crow had not happened, if the Klu Klux Klan had not emerged as a measure of white paranoia to limit the ability of those not born white to enjoy, life, liberty and the persuit of happiness, would DEI be necessary?
Charlie Kirk's argument is that everyone should adopt the Christian view that in Christ their is neither Jew nor Greek, male nor female, slave nor free, all should be one in Christ.
Now if that attitude had been fully on display post 1865 America, then I would agree with his argument, but clearly he used Christianity as a cudgel to maintain the status quo.
