The post that was quoted here has been removedOr maybe you are reading racism into things which have nothing to do with racism.
My critique of the Chinese government is as racist as my critique of the Israeli, US or UK governments. Nothing to do with racism at all.
My problem with you making sweeping statements is that you’re pointing out it’s racist for Westerners to do so about the Chinese, but you’re doing it constantly about Westerners (as if that’s a homogenous group or something).
So, not only are you as racist as the people you are pointing to, you’re a bloody hypcrite as well.
The post that was quoted here has been removedI would envision a détente between China and the States, built on mutual treaties to cease "hostilities". It would be difficult, but there is really no reason to be enemies - they could turn around and form an alliance. To that end, getting rid of President Trump (which I did not think would happen) was crucial. His trade war has been a failure; China only closes the gap more each year and makes it less likely that such a strategy will succeed. South Africa, talented at languages and negotiating, with no enemies, allied to China but diplomatic enough to be friendly to the West (despite the history), might act as a mediator, as it did with the Irish conflict.
Nothing would be better for the world than an alliance between its two (for the foreseeable future) most powerful countries (India will get there eventually). President Biden will have a chance to do things differently. What will he choose?
The post that was quoted here has been removedFrom what I've read, India will follow China in passing the US about 15-20 years after China.
You can Google for projected GDP in 2050, ranked by countries.
1 - China ; 2 - India ; 3 - USA
Steve Bannon was correct in seeing this coming when guiding policy for Trump.
He was delusional in thinking that it could be stopped.
