I'd like just once to read a post by you that doesn't sound like Sean Hannity.
He sounds like a prominent conservative commentator who sells millions of books?

Not bad.

@averagejoe1 said
There is no doubt, that my thinking is aligned with what I know about Hannity, but please know I do not listen to his diatribes. There are much more knowledgeable and bright people, like Breitbart, Mark Levin, they are dead on it. Educational.

Why the confusing statement about Socialism? C'mon, you know that Bernie is a registered socialist, and but not for Hillary's ...[text shortened]... mp loses in November, Socialism will "...have something to do with the United States.

Am I right?
No.

You are ignorantly wrong so you can boost Trump's chances among ignorant Americans.

@averagejoe1 said
Thanks, good reply. Not to get into a protracted row about racism, though it puzzles us conservatives regarding liberals' comments about Trump being a racist, because his actions have truly lifted up blacks since he was elected. Unemployment down, more opportunity, more pay.

So, anyway, to my specific question. Given your thinking, given what you have written above, ...[text shortened]... uld you vote for Biden (thus socialism) instead of a Republican candidate with little or no baggage?
"Little or no baggage"??

Let us know when you return to reality.

I really wish you'd stop talking about socialism as if it has something to do with the United States.
Suzianne, why do you answer that I am ignorantly wrong. What does that even mean. I simply asked you to respond to having said " I really wish you'd stop talking about socialism as if it has something to do with the united states". You say this knowing full-well that Bernie, who will run this country with AOC and other of their members, is a Registered Socialist.

You see how difficult it is too absorb and understand your comments in such a way that we can formulate a cogent answer. Really difficult. But entertaining....we all like to go to the circus sometimes.

@AverageJoe1
There is the problem in a nutshell, you are too blind and naive to ever figure out why Trump is a criminal, a sociopath, a narcissist and pathological liar and deep racist.

@averagejoe1 said
Big Picture? We have a life-long, unaccomplished, do-nothing, arrogant, smug, not inherently bright (is he, really?), condescending, inverterate liar and plagiarizer many times over, potentially deviate politician, who flip flops on matters like fracking depending on what podium he is on. He and family have profited repulsively from his political position and now, not ...[text shortened]... y bad for America? Personalities notwithstanding, who do we need to run such a complicated country?
In keeping with the messaging presented in the subject line of the thread you have created .............

There is a Covid-19 pandemic going on right now.
And this will be, and should be, the number one issue that comes to mind at the election.

As a Canadian, I am not voting.
But my perspective, after watching 8 years of Obama, is that America was not a socialist country during those 8 years.
I don’t expect America to become one during the Biden presidency.
But keep creating the side shows.
Trump will be judged on the issues that matter.

If this election becomes a contest of who can hurl more childish insults, then your country has bigger problems than the mental state of the combatants.

But is there a man among you that can stand up and answer a simple question? We all know who wants and who does not want Trump to be president. (I guess if we stipulate to all that, we would not have much to write about 🤔 🤔) This has been re-hash city for months.

The question: If Trump were not in the race November, Would you vote for Biden, which means that some fo ...[text shortened]... , if he were the candidate? You don't even have to give a reason, this is a poll!!! (I hate polls)
Depends on the candidate.

I'd vote for 2012 Romney or 2008 McCain over Biden in a heartbeat.

I soooo miss the days the Republican party was led by people like Romney and McCain.

Bernie's not going to be "running" anything. He's a US Senator. Get a grip.

Why do you double-down on your lies?

1. No, socialism will not "rule the day" if Biden is elected.

2. Trump's got plenty of baggage.

In case you haven't figured it out, I wouldn't be caught dead voting for a Republican. Every one of them is a blight on America and democracy.

OK, after several sentences , and at the bottom Suzanne says she will vote for Biden, which means she will vote for socialism. Bernie is a registered socialist, and you are naïve to think that he will not be handled by this horrible other socialist like AOC and Omar and Bernie, and many more. Biden is obviously a very weak man who will have to give in to their wishes, which means socialism. Just the fact that they made him change his mind on fracking is enough to show how weak he is. He believes in fracking, but they told him to say something else. Anyway another vote, from Suzanne, that we should go socialist.

Oops, I mis- stated, Biden has not been for fracking, but as he drifts into the Pennsylvania drilling world, he is now all for fracking. It is quite obvious that his handlers told him that he has to say that. Do you want a weakling like that to be your president. Truly, can you imagine Trump pandering to any crowd whatsoever. He means what he says, and you know what you are getting. You sure can’t say that about Joe Biden.

The Presidents position from each party is selected by vote. In 2016, Trump was
the voters' choice, not the big whigs' choice.

And here on the Dem side, who on the DNC really wanted Biden? They know he is damaged goods. But, the people chose him.

Two weakies.

In 2016, Trump LOST the popular vote by 3 million votes.

Clearly, he was NOT the voters' choice.

More people voted for Hillary than Trump. So that's clearly wrong.
