This executive order violates multiple laws. That's why it's being thrown. It doesn't kill democracy in any way. If you want to make voting more difficult, at least do it legally.
Also, the incidents of 100,000 people committing voter fraud where dead people cast ballots is not real. You made that up. People have conducted exhaustive studies and even with super loose estimates I think one state said that MAYBE 14 dead people have voter over a 20 year time frame. In many cases it's just a misunderstanding where a spouse of someone recently-deceased pops the mail-in ballot in the mailbox on accident.

PILF has found the graves and obituaries (one pictured to the right) of many of these deceased registrants.
Even after seeing gravestones and obituaries, Benson still refused to remove these deceased registrants.
This 25,000 is just the tip of the iceberg. PILF’s data was only a subset of the voter roll.
More deceased people are registered to vote in Michigan.
