@Mott-The-Hoople saidCan, but don't. There are methods for detecting this, if you cared to look into it. But obviously you don't care because it's been 10 years of Trump carrying on with this dumb lie and everyone still repeats it.
Nope, but a vote can be turned in and the final count will still align with the voter rolls as far as the numbers
Getting caught committing voter fraud carries huge penalties for little benefit to that individual. People very rarely do it.
The Heritage Foundation has a website that tracks these things. Since 1997, they document 19 cases where someone voted on behalf of a dead person. Earl says the real number is 100,000 per election cycle in a single state? You're both insane.

It's laid out clearly in the Breitbart article that Earl posted to start this thread.
Apparently you and Earl didn't read it?
Also important to note that this is the 9th time in a row that this executive order has been slapped out of court. So it's not a lib or conservative thing, it's just plain illegal.
no its not...breitbart is citing what the judge said...hence " Sooknanan, an immigrant from Trinidad and Tobago, wrote:"
why dont you tell me how the save act violates anyones privacy?
@Mott-The-Hoople saidI just explained; the SAVE Act was never passed and has nothing to do with the case obviously.
Don’t try to hedge here…
How is the save act in violation of law?
@Mott-The-Hoople saidI'll go with what the Judge wrote verbatim (and each of the previous judges appointed by other presidents who have also heard the State's arguments).

Now you explain why the Judge's words are wrong without saying Biden or immigrant.
@Mott-The-Hoople saidIt's adorable you're trying to rescue your conservative friend, but that's not what he highlighted in his OP, is it?
are you stupid enough to think there isnt a data base of SS numbers?
If he wanted to to discuss social security numbers being stored, he should've read the article and discussed that.
@Earl-of-Trumps saidRemember sir when (In an hour-long phone call) Trump pressed Georgia secretary of state, Brad Raffensperger, to “find” enough votes to overturn Joe Biden’s victory there?
Dumb question, dude.
The dems will arrange to have someone vote in that name.
That is why we need to have voter ID
'I just want 11,780 votes,' he said. (Dead or alive I'm guessing).

Actually it's software called the SAVE Program, not the SAVE Act.
Either way, dumbass didn't read article.

Why can't you get it through your head that Trump AND his entire administration are corrupt?
Because he says they're not?
Trumpublicans are in thrall to a madman.
@Mott-The-Hoople saidUnlike you, we don't take what this government says seriously.

The judge believes the SAVE program creating a database is a violation of privacy.
@Mott-The-Hoople saidTo clear up the confusion, the system in question is called the :" Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE)". As the name implies, it was used to verify whether alien applicants were eligible for Federal entitlement programs. But:

" The 2025 SAVE overhaul modified the system in three major ways: (1) to include the records of natural born citizens, (2) to access SSA records, including Social Security numbers, and (3) to permit bulk searches of records by SAVE users."

The court found that both the Social Security Act and Privacy Act do not permit the Feds to disclose information under the SSA to the States (the whole purpose of the EO was to replace State voter registration lists with an approved Federal database). The EO tried to do this:
"the Executive Order specifically directs SSA to make its databases available “to all State and local election officials” for verifying voter eligibility. Id. at 14,007 (DHS AR 336). at 11.
But the Executive cannot repeal provisions enacted by Congress at the President's whim.
