It is called Authoritarian breakthrough. Where one strong guy owns all branches of government and believe me, Trump is planning to greatly expand the power of POTUS.
The thing is, a year from now it will be fait accompli, WAY too late for you profoundly duped people to do anything about it. It is almost too late right now.
For instance, in North Carolina the republicans are trying to rewrite the rules so only republicans control things even if there is no super majority in state congress like now, they want to override the rule of the voters in NC.
They are actively pursuing that as we speak. It started out as changes to dentistry rules but repubs took it over and now it is called disaster relief but it is anything but that and even republicans are pissed because it is totally ignoring the actual hurricane damage they are trying to clean up right now but that so called disaster relieve bill is just a not even well disguised effort as a power grab.
