What to know? I like peace and quiet. I was in Istanbul and every couple hours, a man makes crying song noises, no pentameter, no 2/4 time, no 1-2-3-4, 1-2-3-4 to tap your foot to. Very loud, you hate it. Does Minessota have that going on in your neighborhoods? Ye gods.
