Proving intent is easy. They funded it. Assuming they followed through with their intent is not paranoid. People don't usually spend money on things they do not intend to use. If you think they do you are a nut in denial.

You don't know that. Mass distribution also has nothing to do with establishing it's existence, although it was obviously intended for mass distribution. Why else put it in a vaccine? To bypass consent is the other reason. Right?
Why was the plan to put the anti fertility drug in a vaccine if they intended consent from those they wanted to cripple their ability to reproduce? If consent was intended it would not be in the form of a vaccine so people would know what they are taking. Right?

If it was not intended for mass distribution why did they put the anti fertility drug in a vaccine? You seem to be assuming that the anti fertility drug can only be given in a vaccine. Why do you ignore the possibility of it not being in a vaccine?
Why the dual purpose of a vaccine instead of just an infertility shot single purpose? If it is not to sterilize people without them knowing it must be mass distribution. If it is not for mass distribution it must be to sterilize people without their consent. What other possibility is there?
