Stop being misleading. The Pew link you posted was about US foreign aid in general, not USAID. The acronym AID is allowing you to attempt to conflate the word "aid" as the same thing. That is unacceptable. Now the acronym must be abolished to maintain a fair debate.

So to avoid future confusion what does the acronym AID stand for? You must copy and paste the wording from now on so neither of us can weasel out of the literal meaning.

I've proven that almost all of US Aid's budget goes to humanitarian aid. You pretended not to know this.

The transgender comic book wasn't funded by US Aid but without knowing anything further I don't oppose the bureau responsible for cultural exchanges using some of its funds for projects directed toward gay and transgender persons in other countries. They do exist you know.

EDIT: The grant was from the US State Department Public Diplomacy Bureau and it stated purpose was: "TO COVER EXPENSES TO PRODUCE A TAILORED-MADE COMIC, FEATURING AN LGBTQ+ HERO TO ADDRESS SOCIAL AND MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES." https://www.usaspending.gov/award/ASST_NON_SPE50022CA0009_1900/

Apparently it didn't have a trans hero at all:

No, you're the one ignoring "common sense". When determining sex, normal practice is to look at external genitalia, not do chromosome tests. Your dishonest failure to admit this says volumes.

Sleepy I get it; I was raised in a Catholic family in the 60s and 70s - transgender persons seem odd and strange to me, too.

But a belief in someone's "oddness" doesn't translate to me to support for the full fledged denial of their rights and even existence that the Trump administration is pedaling to placate the hate that right wing groups have generated towards this small minority.

USAID paid Politico over 8 million in subscriptions. Government workers should pay for subscriptions out of pocket with their own money. They have no right to bill the government through an agency they do not even work at.

Make sure your list has the funding to the Wuhan Lab. Apparently you are happy Bill Gates and the Rockefellers are killing off millions of people to save the planet and profiting from the gene vaccines at the same time.
