Russia was illegally attempting to help get Trump elected President

That dot was obliterated, or soon will be when congress gets their grubby little fingers on the Mueller report.

Trump was discussing a business deal in Russia that would make him hundreds of millions of dollars IF US economic sanctions were lifted.

Was discussing a deal, ...[text shortened]... family member) profit from talking to Soviet businessmenorwomenorwhatever after the election?
Here's the letter of intent the Donald signed on October 28, 2015 regarding the Moscow Trump Tower: http://cdn.cnn.com/cnn/2018/images/12/18/attachment.1.pdf

While not a final agreement, it makes clear negotiations were serious and ongoing. Note this LOI was signed months after Trump officially started his campaign.

Sure, why wouldn't Trump's Organization swing a deal after the election? It's not like you right wing drones would have objected to it; you would have said that Trump had nothing to do with it since he's passed control of the Organization to his sons (wink-wink).

Of course, in the end the Donald couldn't deliver on an end to sanctions (most likely because the Russian interference in the election became public) but he's acted like Putin's puppy all the time in office (the grovelling in Helsinki was particularly nauseating).

Are right wingers STILL insisting that Russia did not attempt to illegally interfere in the election?

Look up this term: Quid Pro Quo. Also consider that the Donald repeatedly lied about his business dealing with the Russians during and after the campaign.
Are right wingers STILL insisting that Russia did not attempt to illegally interfere in the election?

No, but as per usual left wingers have interpreted this to mean Russia was attempting to help Trump.

If the Russians wanted to help Trump then why did they try hacking into the RNC? The only reason they were able to hack into the DNC is because someone there clicked on an email phishing link. No one at the RNC was dumb enough to accommodate Russian hackers get in with such a simple low tech attack, but apparently you are able to extrapolate from this that Russians were attempting to help Trump.
Hillary helped broker a deal allowing Russia to get 20% of our uranium. Do you think maybe they were dissatisfied with only 20%, and thought they could get a better deal with Trump?

How does this square with what you did say? You said:
a perfectly legal business deal made by Biden's son.

    (wink wink)😕
