250,000 people with no power/water and FEMA can't help them because their budget was diverted to the 10 million illegal aliens by Joe Biden, and now there's nothing left to help US citizens that need it.
Thanks a pant-load, Joe.

Senate Republicans block border security bill as they campaign on border chaos
Senate Democrats failed to advance a bipartisan border security bill Thursday, with nearly every Republican voting to filibuster it as Donald Trump wields border chaos as a centerpiece of his campaign against President Joe Biden.
The Biden-backed compromise bill was crafted to reduce border crossings, raise the standard for migrants to qualify for asylum and empower officials to rapidly send away those who fail to meet that standard. It would give the president power to shut down the border if migration levels exceed certain thresholds.

No Democrats voted against the measure
@thedogandthecello saidAfter the Repulicans carried Trump's water again by diverting money from FEMA?
Well we can guarantee NC is red now.
Not a chance, unless they're stupid.
@Zahlanzi saidSo the OP lied. It was Trump in 2019, not Biden.

Typical.
@Suzianne saidit is something recent. They are accusing Biden of directly using FEMA money on migrant issues (it is a talking point, the truth is way more nuanced than what republican ghouls are saying)
So the OP lied. It was Trump in 2019, not Biden.
Typical.
the links i posted was just to show republicans repeatedly voted no on more FEMA funds and Trump also don't d what they are accusing Biden of doing
Let's recap:
- Trump diverted funds from FEMA to build a wall that never got built
- Republicans blocked a bill to reduced migrant crossings so say they can attack Biden for migrant crossings
- Republicans voted against funding FEMA only days before this disaster while no Dems blocks it
Ever since this was pointed out, Republicans on this thread are now eerily silent.
You people conveniently ignore the last 4 years of bad decisions and policies by Democrats and hope to blame Trump for everything.
FEMA had enough support but they wasted it and your defense of them is to say they should have been given more money? Lmao y'all is pathetic.
The only ones falling for it are the tag along gang on this website.
@thedogandthecello saidWrong.
Did FEMA use cash to pay for migrants in any way?
Yes.
Did they have to?
No.
The border bill that Republicans blocked would've allowed Biden more power to prevent entry and deport migrants. That means that Biden must now has to deal with more migrants than he would've otherwise, which costs money. That's on top of Republicans blocking funding for FEMA.
If Republicans keep screaming there's a crisis, why block a bill aimed to stop it? It's because they don't care about the border it's just a talking point to use in elections.
