Nobody is happy about this situation, which is a most unfortunate one. But regardless of who the woman was, and whether she was a mother etc etc, the fact is that she will told to get out of the vehicle by both ICE and police who were easily indentifiable, and instead she refused, sped off almost hitting a policeman who reacted, the only way possible. The problem is a lack of respect for authority in the US, and this is caused by politicians who breed this character flaw into people. Trump and his followers do the same. Its all over the US, and it is going to blow up one day.

I indeed saw a video from the front where the officer was hit by the vehicle. His response was too overwhelming, but he was hit by this Weaponized vehicle…. aren’t you the people that invented the word Weaponized?

It appears to be a policemen who did the shooting, and he shot a fugitive who was told to get out of the vehicle and she refused. She tried to escape. Is that normal behaviour in the US? Its weird. Most other countries you jsut get out of the car and shut up.

Did she break a law. You don't get out of your car just because a cop tells you to. Maybe in your shet hole country . Not in the U.S.

Despite your infantile outbursts, US law is clear on this matter. The woman did not obey the police, and she drove off. In the first instance she is a criminal for disobeying, and the driving off trying to escape the police is what makes her a fugitive. I guess people like you dont believe in following the law.
