19 BMI is like Auschweitz Death Camp weight.

@AThousandYoung said230 lbs for a 6 foot tall man like you is just plain fat.
No, according to the chart that says I’m obese, 19 is normal.
You need to lose about 50 lbs.

@Cliff-Mashburn saidIt's a full 0.6 into "Healthy Weight".

"Healthy Weight" starts at 18.5 BMI.
But I've been slacking off. When I put muscle on, I can get up to 20.4 to start. Muscle weighs more than fat, which is why I don't get it with these people who focus on weight.
@Cliff-Mashburn saidOr get up to about 6'4".

@mike69 said108, FYI. 115 and slightly above is my fighting weight. As I said, I've been slacking off. And middle age has nothing to do with it.

Fat people are actually easier to fight, because most do not have full range of motion. You push them past their familiar range of motion (mainly at the joints) and they go down like a sack of potatoes. I've broken few bones but dislocated a lot of joints, which generally hurts like hell. When that happens, you lose a lot of your motivation to fight.
And people don't expect a little girl to beat their ass.
@Suzianne saidLike I said a real B A$$😁. You would be fighting another little person your same weight or fat woman in public. I agree with you unless one gets their hands and weight on you. Wait till you get in the ring with a trained trans man the same weight.

@Rajk999 saidIn other words, GOVERNMENT has the right to make medical decisions. That goes right along with Trump world wanting to take over medical advice.
[i]Turkey has rolled out a nationwide scheme to stop and weigh people in public, with inspectors then telling them to slim down if they are found to be overweight. Health workers have been deployed across each of the country's 81 regions with weighing scales and tape measures as the drive to assess 10 million people by July 10 is underway.

Like the recent MAHA report by RFK jr. listing all the bad stuff making kids health worse. With the pesky problem they present ZERO in the way of solutions. Like killing the agencies that study cancer or Bird Flu or Covid and Measles.
So GREAT on bringing stuff to the attention of our citizens but not only no solutions mentioned but actively ruining the science agencies that could fix some of the problems.
DOCTORS should be the ones making medical decisions not ANY government.
@mike69 saidNo, not at all. Most smaller people do not fight. It's always the jackasses who think they can kowtow everyone into submission who prey on everyone else.

And when people like you (anti-LGBTQ+) say trans man, no one knows what you mean, because you never categorize people properly. You think men wear dresses and women victimize other women. Delusional.
I've put people way bigger than me into hospital. Don't kid yourself.
And I don't do martial arts for sport. Sorry.

MMA is "mixed martial arts". I started with a fairly rare form of Karate (called Shuri-ryū), made several black belt dans and branched out to Shorin-ryū after getting kicked out of my dojo for exploring other disciplines, including Taekwondo. I eventually seriously studied other styles, including Muay Thai, Jeet Kun Do and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. And, despite a few naysayers here, I never seriously studied Kung Fu.
So yeah, MMA kinda nails it.
@Suzianne saidYou’re nothing but a legend in your own mind, but keep on dreaming big😂. Your arms and legs are just too short and not enough power to be dangerous to anyone except other women, and a few wimpy men outside of a cage or ring with no rules. It’s actually easy to categorize with only two real genders. You knew exactly what I was talking about with trans men along with everyone else in your little group and for sure out of it. Please don’t hurt me little sue it’s just facts since you know forever and a day.

@Rajk999 saidIt's hard to imagine what it must be like to have you in day-to-day life. Say a parent or sibling, neighbor or coworker.

I am pretty sure I would really not like that at all.
That might be ok. Eight billion people - not everyone gets along. Thought it might be worth mentioning though.
