When I see sue talking about trumps death can’t happen soon enough with wildgrass and the violence that’s happened recently, yes it sets me off, I’m human and fed up with this mindset. The thing I pray for most is for Christ to help me to have a heart of turning the other cheek. I have done this my whole life and nothing good has ever come from it, but I do try and pray for it, and have the desire unlike others here.

I care about, have love and understanding in my heart for them. It’s the actions of many I don’t agree with along with words and understandings of I take issue with and feel strongly against. I also have societal issues and don’t fit in, in social situations along with certain sound issues, and other things. "Othering" is what people have called it in recent times.

"Demonizing" is what people have called it in prior times.

I don't mean to be condescending, but just because some of "them" do something doesn't mean ALL of "them" do that -- just like with any demographic. That used to be called prejudice or something like that.

And here is something else to consider: Everyone (except for evil people, of course) who is brave enough to live as themselves as much as they can (no matter how boldly or quietly) despite the homogenizing tendencies of human societies holds the door of freedom open for everyone else.

The Jewish and Catholic traditions teach this:

Don't think evil thoughts.
If you can't manage that, at least don't say evil things. (I think that might include forum posts).
If you can't even manage that, at least don't do evil things.
