For the same reason you should be able to go watch a soccer game without having the homosexual flag lighting the stadium. You go to a soccer game to watch a soccer game, not to support homosexual relationships.
But Europe has no clue about a society that does not try to force morality of one sort or the other. People had to come to America to escape that mindset and create a society free of government oppression. Too bad the US has devolved back into a wanna be Euro state.

Your being economical with the truth here. No one is forcing anyone to “favour” homosexuality. They are being educated to the fact that it is a sexuality that exists just like heterosexuality.
Teaching children that gay people are human beings and they have the right to exist without prejudice is not indoctrinating them to be gay.
What you really crave is the indoctrination of children to see gay people through the same warped lens as yourself.

All you need to teach is the basic idea that one does not force your views on others. That basic concept helps to create a free society. Trying to force people to believe something does just the opposite.
Teach people to allow for others to be different. Do not indoctrinate people as to what to believe. That is the difference between recognizing what is legal vs what is moral.

I am fine with all sorts of sexual relationships which have been looked down upon. It is called freedom.
I am just saying do not take that extra step and try to tell people that there is nothing wrong or immoral with people who do such things. That extra step is teaching morality, which a government should never do.
