Two, how many tenths of percents of this is actually solar-powered?

The thread is about green energy, not solar energy specifically. Either way, Tesla and other companies make continual strides toward cars that use !00% renewable energy.

Does this fact make you guys upset? Instead of applauding such progress, you guys do everything in your power to mock and tear down such efforts. Why?

Failing to reach a goal doesn't make it a "lie". The point is that they are seeking to make it happen.

Besides, 100 percent renewable charging stations already exist:

Open minds exist, but it doesn't mean you have one.

My point is that you are putting the cart before the horse. You need to clean up electric power before endorsing EVs. The batteries are made with a heavy carbon footprint and they don't last. Depending on where they are made they can produce more carbon than a diesel car. Since most of them come from China where they burn coal for energy that is certainly the case now.

You are misguided by green rhetoric that makes no sense. Clean up the electric power first.
